Have you ever wanted to go to a dog park and are missing a canine companion?  Do you go for walks or hikes and want some company?  Maybe you're interested in adopting a new furry family member but are hesitant on how to even start the process?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you may be interested in spending some time with a homeless pet outside of a shelter.  Through a new program that Special Pals is implementing, homeless pets would be paired with a person who is looking for certain personality traits and attributes in a pet.  People will have a companion for their activities, and the pets will get a much-needed break from shelter life!  Everyone wins.
